Our Team
Nimal Griffin, our founder, served as a Warranted Contracting Officer, Level III DAWIA certified, for various federal agencies for over 15 years. She has worked on major Acquistion programs, which include the $2B Air Force Strategic Transformation Support (AFSTS) IDIQ and the $1B Space Force Advisory and Analysis Support Services (SpAASS) vehicle, from the cradle to the grave, leading industry engagements, reviewing capability statements, working directly with Small Business Offices, preparing solicitations, and participating in technical evaluation boards.
Mrs. Griffin also works at Headquarters, United States Space Force with responsibilities that include analyzing mission requirements to determine best contract options, engaging with Industry to find sole source options, preparing statements of work, leading technical evaluation boards, and performing Contracting Officer Representative duties. Her prior work experience includes a decade of assisting Veteran/Women/Minority owned businesses obtain socioeconomic certifications and SBA 8a program certifications, with providing continuous support in post award management and finding contract opportunities. Mrs. Griffin served 8 years on active-duty in the United States Marine Corps, deploying to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
